My name is Linda and I am lucky enough to be Brenda’s twin sister. I am going to start with the EMOTION CODE that has been an absolute miracle for me.

I have been through two emotionally abusive marriages and an abusive co-worker that left me absolutely broken, to the point that I literally thought I was going to be hospitalized/committed. Brenda drug me out just in time! I left my husband and quit my job… I HAD TO, I simply would not have made it, it was that dire.

I was broken, I didn’t know who my true self was anymore and I had zero confidence in myself. I hated me, I felt worthless, I felt dumb, I felt ugly, I wasn’t worthy of love, I felt like I was a total burden. It made me question - what is my purpose? I felt like I didn’t have one.

I had nothing left emotionally. I had put myself in survival mode, and that was a horrible life. I was also sick from a gluten intolerance and my health had deteriorated incredibly. I didn’t care about myself at all. My daily motto was… “Fake it until you make it” and I did that very well... until I didn’t. It got to a point that I hated going to work, and I hated coming home. I had no place for peace. I’d cry in the parking lot at work before I went in, and often stopped before entering my driveway at home and cried with dread because I knew what awaited me there. Nothing good… except my dogs. Once I got home, I would numb myself to everything It got me through to bedtime, and then I got up and did it all over again the next day. This went on for years. My once bubbly, outgoing, happy, loving, self, had literally disappeared.

I hated me, I hated men, I trusted no one. I simply didn’t want to talk to anyone fearing I would say something stupid and they would look at me and see what I felt about myself. (dumb, ugly, useless, worthless etc.).

Brenda started working on me one year ago, almost to the day. It was/is incredible to realize the BAGGAGE I was carrying around day after day, year after year. I had layers upon layers of trapped emotions she released. I felt better and better – not only about myself, but also how I felt in general. My mental health improved greatly, and I noticed that some of my physical pain issues were also subsiding. As time went on, Brenda learned how to use The Body Code. We found that the more trapped emotions we removed, the more imbalances could be corrected during a Body Code session. So, I read the Emotion Code book and between the book and Brenda’s help, I learned to use the Emotion Code on myself and release trapped emotions on a regular basis. It is truly amazing! When Brenda does Body Code sessions on me now, she can get straight to finding imbalances caused by those released trapped emotions, and correct them much more quickly.

It is nothing short of a miracle… In my new life, I am now learning to love myself, I am so much calmer, and happier – more than I have ever been! I love my new job… I am learning not to hate and distrust men. I work with some great men that have proven to me that great men DO EXIST! I have confidence and capability in myself, I hold my head high… most of the time, I am still figuring out my purpose in life, but… I CAN BREATHE without gasping for air because I was drowning in despair! I am a work in progress… there is still more to go and I am very excited for the new “ME”. If I had not have blessed with my sister Brenda, I am positive you would not be reading this today.

4/30/24 - Be Free Energy Healing

I hurt my knee last Saturday, April 20,2024. Wasn’t exactly sure what I did but I could barely walk on it. Mentioned it to Brenda and she said I’ll do a session on it. The next day I was able to walk but still a little pain, a week later no pain and I am walking like normal.

Give her a try I have also witness her healing in friends of mine. It’s amazing the difference she can make in your life by freeing energy.

4/12/24 - Be Free Energy Healing

I'm sharing this and want you to know I have had 3 sessions with Brenda Givens. I feel so different. So much more relaxed in situations that I can control, and some that I can't. I didn't realize I would carry things in my past into the present. I feel refreshed and cleansed. There has been a big release of burden or weight off of me. I can't explain it, but I love it.

Thank you Brenda for what you do, the natural way! I've been intrigued by what you have been able to pick up with our sessions. The age events in my life have been pretty accurate, and glad for the releases. Last session picked up some toxic exposure at age 9. My first thought was KOOL-AID! Brenda had the same thought too! How cool is that?

6/7/24 - Be Free Energy Healing

Kelsie is a 1-year-old rescue. She had recently been to the vet and had been diagnosed with a possible birth defect in her leg. She had been in her crate for a few days not really interested in doing much other than sleeping. I didn't know her or her back-story at the time of her session, other than she had been fostered by my niece and recently adopted by my sister. What a lucky little puppy! All through this session, my heart was just wrenching and I cried and cried! I don't even know why but I get the sense that she had a rough start! I found several misaligned bones in her skull, a misaligned Clavicle bone, and trapped emotions of Helplessness, Grief, Hopelessness and Panic, and her Root Chakra was imbalanced. The Root Chakra (yes, Dogs have them too!) is associated with the emotions of support and safety, especially within family relationships. She had been sleeping at home in her crate while I did her remote energy healing session.

On 6/10/24 I received this update:

“Update on Kelsie. She is back to her old self today. She spent the afternoon outside with me yesterday and even chased the rabbits and Robins without limping.”

7/10/24 - Be Free Energy Healing

Here is what Gayle K. had to say after he most recent Body Code Session:

After another session with the Body Code administered by Brenda Givens, I’m able to cut down on some of my nerve meds ! I’ve had a constant stabbing in my left ear since about a year after my stroke. It has lessened immensely since my session. I occasionally take medication. It was three times daily! My two outside left toes have been numb, Since my stroke. I can feel them and move them but they’re kind of like the thawing out from the dentist kind of thing. They’re almost thawed! My stress level has been lifted since my heart wall removal. I’m sure you don’t get what I’m saying but you’ll just have to look into it. This is real and amazing.
